At Dr. Hamza Homeopathic Clinic, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the safety and quality of our medicines. Please read our return and refund rules carefully:

Return Timeframe

Any medicine return request must be made within 2 days of delivery. Requests after 2 days cannot be accepted.

Eligibility & Condition

Medicines must be unused, unopened, and intact to be eligible for return. Broken, opened, or used medicines cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us first to inform about your return at the parcel address.
2. Your return will only be accepted after confirmation from our side.
3. A refundable confirmation fee of PKR 300 is required to process your order. If your order is not accepted, this fee will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed promptly. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Important Notes

– Always inform us before sending any medicine back.
– Only medicines returned according to the above rules and after our confirmation will be accepted.
– Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
